We are a creative talent network and visual production company that builds and manages creative teams to deliver high-quality visual work for brands.
We operate at the intersection between talent and execution, building production-ready teams for brand projects while giving creatives a structured, collaborative environment to do their best work. Our system is built to encourage collaboration, specialisation, and growth through practical project development.
CROP House addresses the disconnect between talent reliability and brand visual marketing. Our model handles the heavy lifting of sourcing, vetting and deploying creative talent, so that each project produced by CROP House is efficient, intentional, and consistently high quality.
 
Our Founder
Tiwa Oladunmoye is a creative director and visual storyteller with extensive experience across photography, media production, and creative direction. A First Class graduate in Filmmaking from the London Film Academy, her work spans the full production process: from shooting and editing to directing and team coordination. Through her platform BTSWITHTIWA, she has built a portfolio known for cultural awareness, visual clarity, and consistent delivery.
CROP House was built from her experience navigating the industry independently, where she recognised the limitations of fragmented workflows and the lack of structured opportunities for emerging talent. Her approach focuses on building systems; defining clear roles, improving collaboration, and creating environments where creatives can produce high-quality work. This foundation informs the development of CROP House as a scalable model for connecting talent with opportunity and brands with consistent visual storytelling.
